| I'm including this because if you've made it this far, you deserve some comic relief. When I was in high school, I saw some of my friends working jobs and got it in my head that I needed to get some work experience. Having never worked a proper job, I had absolutely nothing to put on my resume, so I figured that an eye-catching cover letter ought to convince anyone to hire me. This was the result. I actually used this to get myself an interview for a job through one of my friends, but I told the interviewer that the last thing I wanted to do was spend my life working at a telemarketing company, not fully understanding that it was, in fact, a telemarketing company. I didn't get the job. |
